Come join us? You can sign up for one class or an entire workshop (four classes in a category).
Each class is $65 except where noted. If you decide to take an entire workshop of four classes, we will give the last class free! Please don't forget that you must register for class in advance, class size minimum is 3 and maximum is 6. Classes start promptly at 6:30. Please bring an apron, tie up your hair and wear rubber soled shoes.
Perplexing Pies Workshop Each class is $65 All four classes $195
Fruit Pies (Thursday, Feb 4th) Learn how to make the perfect pie crust, a classic apple pie and an apple crumb pie.
Cream Pies (Thursday, Feb 11th) This class will cover making a graham cracker and chocolate cookie crust, banana cream pie and chocolate cream pie.
Custard Pies (Thursday, Feb 18th) Make the classic favorites such as pumpkin pie, coconut custard pie and basic pie dough. We will also cover toasting coconut and pie decoration.
Meringue Pies (Thursday, Feb 25th) Learn how to make and blind bake a pie crust, make lemon curd and billowy meringue to create the perfect lemon meringue pie.
Crazy for Cookies Workshop Each class is $65 All four classes $195
Drop Cookies (Monday, Feb 1st) Learn how to make the perfect chocolate chip cookie and chewy wholesome oatmeal raisin cookies.
Rolled Cookies (Monday, Feb 8th) Rolling out cookie dough can be such a hassle! We have tips and shortcuts for making rolled sugar cookies the easy way. We will cover decorating tips too.
Brownie and Bar Cookies (Monday, Feb 15th) Over done brownies? Not sure what to do with the leftover jams in your fridge? Let us help. In this class we will make the ultimate fudge brownies and super easy struesel strawberry bars.
Biscotti and Refrigerator Cookies (Monday, Feb 22nd) Stop buying store bought preservative filled pre-made cookie dough. We will teach you how to make your own refrigerated cookie dough to slice and bake. Also, learn to make delicious Italian biscotti cookies to show off to your friends.
Quick Bread and Cakes Workshop Each class $65 All four classes $195
Scones and Biscuits (Tuesday, March 9th) Ever make a hard dry scone or a biscuit that didn't rise? Join us and learn the correct way to make fluffy biscuits and scones.
Zucchini and Banana Bread (Tuesday, March 16th) To much leftover zucchini and over ripe bananas no one will eat? Our zucchini and banana breads class can fix that.
Coffee Cakes (Tuesday, March 23rd) Come make two wonderful cakes that will please any crowd! You will learn how to make delicious crumb cake and pound cake in this class.
Muffins (Tuesday, March 30th) Learn how to make yummy muffins, savory and sweet.
Layer Cake Workshop Each class $65 All four classes $195
Buttercake with Buttercream Icing (Thursday, March 4th) Make a yummy buttery cake that you will fill and frost with homemade buttercream. It's easier than you think!
Chiffon Cake with Whipped Cream (Thursday, March 11th) Have you ever made a classic strawberry shortcake before? Vanilla chiffon cake paired with your own homemade whipped cream and fresh strawberries. "It's a good thing".
Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing (Thursday, March 18th) In this class we will make a carrot cake with homemade cream cheese icing. Finishing the cake in toasted pecans and icing carrots takes this cake to perfection.
Chocolate Cake with Mocha Buttercream (Thursday, March 25th) Yum! We use real espresso in this one. Take this cake home and slice yourself a big hunk to have with a cold glass of milk.
Individual Classes $65 each
Basic Cake Decorating 1 (Tuesday, Feb 2nd or Wednesday, March 3rd) In this class you will learn how to trim, split, fill, ice and simply decorate a cake. Also, learn about the tools of the trade.
Basic Cake Decorating 2 (Tuesday, Feb 16th or Wednesday, Make decorators icing and learn more advanced decorating techniques. Prerequisite: Basic Cake Decorating Class 1.
Quiches (Wednesday, Feb 10th or 24th or Monday, March 8th or March 22nd) It's easy to make quiche! Let us teach you how to make a wonderful meal for your family. Making quiche is also a great way to use up those leftovers in the fridge.
